- Discreet Consignments: For lab privacy, all packages are shipped in unbranded, blank outer cardboard shipping boxes or insulated mailers with no reference to the word "peptide", "hormone", or chemical compounds.
- Courier Methods: We ship exclusively via Royal Mail Tracked 24 for UK domestic addresses. Free express shipping is applied to orders over £300, otherwise flat-rate shipping is £4.95.
- Dispatch Timeline: Orders with fully cleared payment are processed and dispatched within 24 hours (excluding Sundays). Tracking references are automatically generated and emailed to the researcher.
2. Chemical Refund & Returns Policy
Due to the sensitive biochemical nature of research peptides, strict cold chain control requirements, and clean-room security protocols:
- No Returns: We cannot accept returns of any products once they have left our facility. We cannot verify storage condition compliance (temperature, light, moisture) once in a buyer’s possession, making returned stock unsafe for re-shelving.
- Cancellations: Orders can only be cancelled before they enter the processing and packing stage. Once packaging has commenced, no changes or cancellations can be made.
- Transit Integrity Guarantee: Although freeze-dried peptides possess high solid thermodynamic resilience in transit for up to 30 days, we guarantee that all packages arrive with their chemical integrity intact. If your shipment experiences a courier loss or severe damage (broken vial seal), please email support@velvetbronze.store with photo evidence within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a complimentary replacement.
