• Contact Details: Name, professional email, phone number, and delivery/billing address.
• Verification Credentials: Optional researcher certifications or institutional details provided during onboarding.
• Transaction Records: Orders placed, shipping tracking references, and invoice status. We do not store card credentials directly (handled by Stripe).

2. Use of Collected Data

Your personal data is used solely to compound and dispatch consignments, process secure payments, distribute batch HPLC lab results, and notify you of order status changes. We do not sell, rent, or lease customer data to third-party marketing entities.

3. Cookie Policy & Usage

Cookies are small files transferred to your computer’s hard drive via your browser that enable our platform to recognize your browser session and retain certain configuration states.

Types of cookies we use:

• Essential Cart Cookies: Used to temporarily store and persist items in your shopping cart (`vb_cart`) during navigation.
• Security & Verification: Persists age-verification tokens (`vb_age_verified`) so you do not have to confirm laboratory compliance upon each page reload.

4. Data Retention & Erasure
